Uniting all sectors of the poultry industry, PIFSCo, was established to develop and share science-based strategies for addressing food safety challenges. PIFSCo works to identify research priorities, share practical solutions, and promote continuous improvement in food safety practices.

PIFSCo Executive Board
PIFSCO is governed by an Executive Board appointed by the Executive Board Chair, with representatives from all segments of the collective poultry industry. Executive Board members will each serve a two year term to allow for continuity with board membership. For the inaugural year, half the Executive Board members will be asked to voluntarily resign to allow for rotation and board continuity.
